on the conclusion of the contract for participation in the International Forum of Digital Technologies
This document is an official offer (public offer) for any individual or legal entity regarding the purchase of a ticket and participation in the International Forum of Digital Technologies, held by the organizers’ initiative on the website https://www.cyberfuture4us.com
The purchase of a ticket confirms acceptance of these terms and signifies the conclusion of the contract.
GENERAL TERMS
1.1. This offer governs the relationship between the Forum Organizer and the Participant regarding participation in the event.
1.2. The Organizer of the Forum is the UMV Platform project team.
1.3. The International Forum of Digital Technologies is a large-scale event dedicated to innovation, digital transformation, science, artificial intelligence, and the future of technologies.
TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURE
2.1. Ticket purchase is carried out through the online system on the website https://www.cyberfuture4us.com.
2.2. Payment is considered confirmation of participation and agreement with the terms of this offer.
2.3. After payment, the Participant receives an electronic ticket to the provided email address.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The Organizer undertakes to:
Hold the Forum within the stated timeframes;
Provide the Participant with all necessary information about the event;
Notify in advance of any changes on the website or via email.
The Participant undertakes to:
Provide accurate information during registration;
Follow the event’s rules of conduct;
Not transfer the ticket to third parties without prior approval from the Organizer.
TICKET COST AND REFUND
4.1. The ticket cost is specified on the website and may change depending on the sales stage or special conditions.
4.2. Refunds are possible according to the refund policy.
OTHER CONDITIONS
5.1. The Organizer is not responsible for delays or failures in payment services.
5.2. The Forum may be rescheduled due to force majeure circumstances. In such cases, tickets remain valid.
5.3. The purchase of a ticket confirms the Participant’s consent to photo and video recording of the event, with the possibility of using the materials for marketing purposes.
